Absolutely love The Mattara. I am a regular patron (at least twice a month) for both lunch and dinner and the reason for this is the excellent and friendly service I always receive from the dedicated staff. Menu has something for everyone and I&#39;ve never left there feeling hungry. In fact there&#39;s so much left, a doggy bag is always provided. I can highly recommend the Mattara as a family friendly hotel with delicious food and professional bar and food service.  10/10

The best salt and pepper squid around don&rsquo;t ever take it off the Menu please all food is always delicious  love the place been going there for years

The staff were very friendly and helpful our meal was very quick and delicious, 3 of us had steak and they were cooked perfectly and tender and tasty, a  great lunch and lovely venue

We had a booking for 1pm. Went to restaurant area to ask where our table was and before getting a word out we were told &ldquo;you don&rsquo;t order here you order at the bar&rdquo;. An unfortunate start to our lunch 😣 I said &lsquo;I only want to know where our table is&rdquo;. Unfortunately, it had t been cleared or made up for us. The meals were less than adequate. Caesar salad was dry, lacked dressing, mostly unedible. Service from bar staff was quick and friendly though.  A less than memorable occasion

Love coming to The Mattara. We are never disappointed with the food or service at this establishment.
